As a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, I have extensive culinary knowledge. Acceptance to your program would allow me to use those skills as well as what I have learned in my undergraduate nutrition program at the University of Tennessee.
In addition to a degree from the CIA and a B.S. in Nutrition from the University of Tennessee, I will be completing a minor in Journalism and Electronic Media. My communication skills will serve me well in the future, and will aid in my understanding of the practices in a dietetic internship.
