Work Philosophy

Erica received her first job at the age of fifteen. She has worked in several establishments requiring a high level of skill and responsibility, as well as speediness and organization.
Working in the food service industry has allowed Erica to develop many skills, such as punctuality, responsibility, trustworthiness, friendliness and sacrifice.
Being a career-changer has also taught Erica a great deal about hard work and determination. This journey has allowed Erica to have an appreciation of academia, as well as an understanding of what it means to achieve anything you put your mind to.
This attitude has led Erica to a career path clearly paved in helping others work for and achieve goals of health and fitness. Additionally, Erica feels it is necessary to not only help others in their short term goals of health and fitness, but thinks it is imperative to arm people with the tools necessary to make permanent changes that will last a lifetime.
Change does not happen overnight. It is a continual process, but it is important to set small goals with a larger picture in mind. Remembering this, Erica has been able to maintain good grades, while continuing her responsibilities at work and in her personal life. Balance is the key.
