During Erica’s senior year at UT, she has finally been able to volunteer. She is currently spending time with the Weight Management Center at Blount Memorial Hospital. Here, she is observing diabetes patients as they are counseled by nurses and registered dieticians.
Erica is also assisting the dieticians as they assess food logs of patients who are currently in weight loss programs.
